If you have the dimensions of the units and need cabinet analysis, enter your units in the cabinet analysis app and receive the analysis of all cabinets.
To get the analysis and cut master from the cabinet analysis application, follow the steps below:
- First step
To start working, click the new analysis button from the main page of the site. In the opened page, enter the name of the project and the width and thickness of the tape used. If you need to record a description for the project, enter it in the description field. 2 of the most important settings related to analysis are done in this section. Advanced settings and sheet dimensions. In the following, each of these items will be explained to you:
On this page, you must register the name of the sheet and the color you use. If you use more than one color in the cabinet, enter each one separately. Also, specify the dimensions of your body sheet, three-pillar, foamized and frameless and press the registration button.
Considering that every work cabinet has its own standards for making unis; On this page, it is possible to register any of the desired settings. Record things such as: the width of the poles, the fraction of the classification, the height of the air intakes, etc., so that the calculations are done according to your standards. At the end, press the save button to enter the start page.
- The second step
Now you have to choose the units you want from the available categories step by step among the units available in the app. For each unit, enter the width, depth, height and color of the doors, as well as the number of each unit and record it.
After entering the unit information using the calculate button, you will see the pieces needed to build this unit and its calculations.
After registering the unit, you enter the analysis list page. On this page, it is possible to add a new unit or add a piece.
Using this button, you enter the unit selection page and you can choose other units for your project.
If, in addition to the units, you need several pieces of MDF individually, add them from the add piece section. For each one, enter the sheet name and code, number, width, length, and other relevant services such as strip, groove, etc. and press the register button.
The third step
After the complete registration of the required units and pieces, press the final confirmation button. Give the software time to perform the necessary calculations and the analysis file will be prepared for you. You can download it and provide it to service workshops.
If you don’t have the opportunity to register your units in one step, don’t worry. You can access your latest units from this section. Complete your unit and chunks and get an analysis of it after the final registration.
By pressing the project list button on the main page of the application, you will see all the registered projects. By clicking on each one, you can access the details of the project.
